Congratulations to Archie FFA Member Grace Fuller for being selected to receive the American FFA Degree! The American FFA Degree is the highest honor awarded to FFA Members who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to FFA and made significant accomplishments in their Supervised Agricultural Experience. She will receive this honor at the 97th annual National FFA Convention in October.
2023-2024 MS/HS yearbooks are in!!! Pick-up day will be this Thursday at the Archie Open House from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Mrs. Mooney's art room. .

Hey there! Just a quick heads-up about an upcoming Athletic Shoe Drive 🌪👟 I'm collecting gently used or new athletic shoes of any size for both children and young adults. Please make sure the tag is easy to read so I can sort the shoes by size. You can drop off your donations at the west gym from Aug 15th to 23rd. (Open House would be a great opportunity to drop off your donation 😉) Remember, no cleats or sport-specific shoes, please. The idea is to have these shoes available for any students who might need to borrow them for P.E. class. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at pmoore@archie.k12.mo.us. It's almost Open House Night at the Archie R-V School District. Join us on Thur., Aug. 15th. Families can meet teachers, drop off supplies and join organizations. Orientation meetings will be held for 6th grade, 7th grade, Dual Credit, & A+. Check out the times in the flier.
Archie FFA Officers spent the morning teaming up with other Missouri FFA Members to help pack 95,000 meals to help fight food insecurity across the state of Missouri

It's Senior Banner Picture Time. L Photography, Lisa Jacks, will be at school to take pictures for 2025 seniors participating in Cheer, Marching Band, Football and Volleyball. Pictures will be taken on August 14, 2024 at 3:15 P.M in the cafeteria. Picture Order will be as follows: Volleyball, Cheer, Band, and Football. Cost will be $50 and will need to be paid to Lisa before pictures are taken. Cash, check or Venmo. Seniors: Contact coaches or director to secure your uniforms.

High school cheer wrapped up summer camp today! If you're still interested in joining cheer, our first practice will be August 12 @ 6:30am in the dome. Don't forget to come support us this Sunday at our annual car wash fundraiser. It will be located in the front of the high school!!! We'll be there from 10am-12pm.
Several Archie FFA Members exhibited their fair projects at the CCJLA yesterday. Following are the results: Colton Banks- Grand Champion Market Hog, Mylea Shaw-Reserve Grand Champion Market Hog, Meah McCoy-Grand Champion Cass County Market Goat, Brayden Dunivan- Blue Ribbon Cured Bacon. Please come out and support these members at the CCJLA Auction tonight at 6pm. The auction will be at the North Park in Harrisonville.
