JV and Varsity both with wins tonight as we celebrated several individuals. First, our seniors, Mollie, Andrea, Morgan and Kyleigh. Thank you for contributing four years to Archie volleyball. Next milestones: Mollie for 500 digs, Morgan with 500 kills, and lastly, Reagan with 100 blocks. Finally, we recognized our officials. Shawn and Rob are familiar faces at Archie volleyball games. We appreciate their work and professionalism.

Today, members of the Archie FFA took a trip to the Archie FFA Farm to watch as our soybeans were being harvested. Then, they had the opportunity to learn about the grain market and how selling a commodity works at Scoular Grain in Adrian, Mo. A huge thank you to 4T Farms (David and Nicole Thurman) for donating the labor to plant, harvest and spray our beans, Tracy Burns at BCS Aerial for donating the chemical, Becks for donating the seed and Clay Regers for hauling our beans to Scoular. This year we planted 18 units Becks 4885X soybeans on 15.1 acres and had a yield of 374 bushels.

This week kindergarten got to visit the library to do some research on art and history museums. Thanks Mrs. Parker for helping them conduct research.
They have a big decision to make! Which museum would they rather go to?

Dear community,
We are reaching out to you with an important cause that directly impacts the lives of our Archie students. Many children in our district go home hungry; we believe we can help change this!
Our staff has been fundraising to provide meals for these students by donating money for jeans/sweats days and donating non-perishable food items. We have raised almost $2,000 and received donations from Evangel Church and David's Cupboard. Your generosity can help make a real difference for these students!
How you can help:
-Donate: All contributions go directly toward purchasing food.
-Share: Please share this post and help us spread the word!
Meals are sent home with students every Friday and the day before long breaks!
If you would like to donate or have any questions please contact Nurse Quincy or Nurse Andrea!
We appreciate you all!
#ArchieStrong

October 22nd through October 25th is Red Ribbon Week. Wearing red ribbons during October continues to represent our pledge to live drug-free and honors the sacrifice of all who have lost their lives in the fight against drugs. Preschooll-8th grade will have dress-up days each day next week to remind us to keep our bodies healthy! #ArchieStrong
