We only have two days of summer school remaining! Monday and Tuesday will be our final days.
Thank you to all of our summer school staff for your hard work, flexibility, and dedication. Your efforts have helped make our summer program run smoothly and successfully, and we truly appreciate everything you have done for our students and school community.
On Tuesday, Ms. Ferguson has planned some fun water activities for students after they return their books. Students may want to bring a change of clothes for the afternoon.
Students will also be bringing home their supplies on Tuesday, so please make sure they bring a backpack to school that day.

The final touches are all that's left! The Kidz Inc Childcare Center is about to open on the Archie School campus. We can't wait to welcome all of our familiar faces! A special thanks goes to several individuals in our community who made a monetary/supply donation or donated their time and skills to help this dream become a reality. The end of the year was filled with celebrations, introductions, and goodbyes. During our end-of-year assembly, we recognized Student of the Year, Mark Twain Reading Award recipients, Whirlwind Buck winners, Perfect Attendance Award recipients, art and PE recognitions, and You Matter Archie birthdays.
We wrapped up the school year with Meet Your Teacher. The elementary looked a little different this year as we packed up in preparation for upcoming summer work. Thanks to the support of our voters, preparations for summer projects required packing entire classrooms and spaces. Thank you again for your continued support and investment in our students and schools. We also extend our appreciation to the middle school and high school students and staff who helped move furniture and prepare for the transition. A special shout-out goes to our staff members who balanced end-of-the-year responsibilities while taking on additional tasks to help make everything run smoothly.
We recognized our Elementary Teacher of the Year, Becky Petty, Middle/High School Teacher of the Year, Taylar Mooney, and Support Staff Member of the Year, Andrea Stottlemyre. Congratulations to Taylar Mooney on also being selected as District Teacher of the Year.
A special thank you to our PTO for providing a wonderful luncheon! We also wished those leaving us the very best and recognized Dr. Wityk for her many years of dedicated service in education.
