✅ The 4x200m Relay Team of Lake Callahan, Peyton Himes, Jackson Kash, and Tristan Leeper punched their ticket to the FINALS! 🎟️🏁
👏 The 4x100m Relay Team featuring the same group battled hard and came up just short of qualifying. Great effort by an outstanding group of athletes!
⭐ Lake Callahan also qualified for the 400m Dash Finals!
Day 2 (Saturday, May 23) is shaping up to be exciting! Here’s when our athletes compete today:

Tomorrow is field day! Students should wear their Archie Shirts provided by PTO, and there will be shirt signing this year. If you prefer your student’s shirt not be signed, please let your classroom teacher know and consider bringing a different one. Please send your student prepared for wet conditions, as there’s still water on the field. Bring extras like socks, shoes, and a change of clothes. Contact Coach Moore with any questions. Let’s have fun tomorrow!

Kindergarten had the best day at the zoo! They've been working hard over the past few weeks at researching a zoo animal, building their habitat at home with their family, and creating their animal with clay. Today, they finally got to see their animal choice in real life!

Congratulations to Archie sophomores Alyza Adkins and Peyton Burrous on making school history in the weight room!
Alyza set the all-time girl's squat record with an impressive 315 lbs., while Peyton broke the boys bench press record with an incredible 375 lbs.
The future is bright for these two, and we can’t wait to see them continue raising the bar! 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️
We would like to congratulate our Teacher of the Year recipients from each building, as well as our Support Staff Member of the Year. These outstanding individuals were recognized this morning during an awards assembly.
Our Elementary Teacher of the Year is Becky Petty. Mrs. Petty teaches first grade and serves on several committees. She has been a tremendous support to her coworkers and is known throughout the elementary for her welcoming and positive spirit.
Our Middle School/High School Teacher of the Year is Taylar Mooney. Mrs. Mooney teaches elementary art, sixth-grade art, and yearbook, and she also helps coach. Her nominations highlighted her positive, can-do attitude and the enthusiasm she brings to her work each day.
Our Archie R-V Support Staff Member of the Year is Nurse Andrea. As the district’s head nurse and community liaison, she works tirelessly to support students and families by securing resources, caring for students, and helping meet the many needs of our school community. Nurse Andrea’s supportive relationships and dedication shine through in all she does for Archie.
Congratulations to these deserving individuals, and thank you for the positive impact you make on our students, staff, and school community every day!
