A group of Whirlwinds participated in the Cass County Elks Hoop Shoot contest this weekend. A total of 42 students entered the contest held during P.E. Six students advanced to compete at Harrisonville Middle School on Saturday, December 6th. Congratulations to Delilah Martin, Joseph Meredith, Zoey Walker, Drake Conran, Easton Bryant, and Corbin Sanders for representing our school.

A special congratulations to Drake Conran, who placed 1st in his age group. Drake made 17 out of 25 free throws. All participants received a shirt and a certificate for their hard work and effort. We are so proud of our Archie Strong Whirlwinds!

A-MAZ-ING! Archie Elementary presented Big Dreams at tonight’s winter concert! As usual, we had an #ArchieStrong crowd out to support our students. We even had Buddy the Elf and Dr. Wityk in attendance! A huge thank-you to Mrs. Bryson and Mr. Mills for the time and dedication they put into preparing the students for this performance. Natalee Lowe, junior student, also accompanied part of the program. Thank you to those that helped with chairs this evening! Great job, everyone!

Special thanks to Donna Peirce and the kitchen staff for preparing the food and the Music Department for providing some entertainment! For the April 7, 2026, Election:

The Archie R-V School District is currently accepting Declarations of Candidacy for any qualified person interested in running for a position on the School Board in the April 7, 2026, election. People interested may file with the Secretary to the Board of Education at the school district's central office located at 302 W State Rt. A, Archie, Missouri 64725. The board has (3) three year term seats expiring in April 2026. Attached are the filing dates and qualifications.
