--must pursue an associate of applied science degree or certificate in Diesel Mechanics or Heavy Equipment Repair

FCS Financial Scholarship--due March 1
--$1500 (up to 35 awarded)
--Must be a relative (child or grandchild) of an FCS Financial customer
--Must attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university, preferably in the state of Missouri
--Preference will be given to those pursuing an ag-related career
--Must rank in the upper 20% of the graduating class, attain a 2.5 GPA or higher, score a 26 or higher on the ACT

Esther Gilbreath Scholarship--due March 1
--$300 scholarship
--Senior girl pursuing education
--Must demonstrate scholastic achievement, moral and spiritual character, strong social skills and leadership
--Application form may also be picked up in the high school office or from a senior advisor

Cass Community Health Foundation--due March 1
--Students must be pursuing a degree in the medical profession, with a priority for nursing
--Minimum GPA of 3.0
--Minimum ACT score of 20
--Scholarships range between $750 and $2500 each for tuition only

The American Legion Eagle Scout of the Year--due March 1
--$10000 for First Prize, three runner-up scholarships for $2500
--Submit applications to the State American Legion Department Headquarters.

Farm Kids for College Scholarship--due March 3
--$1000 (3 scholarships)
--Must be a high school senior
--Must pursue a degree in the agriculture field at an accredited college or university
--Essay required, two letters of recommendation

Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity Beta Chapter, University of Missouri-Columbia--due Mar 15

--Must be a male student planning on attending the University of Missouri-Columbia
--1 scholarship will be awarded to a student pursuing a degree in the College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources, 1 for any other major

--3.0 Cumulative GPA
--Pursue a degree in business or finance
--Received no more than 4 disciplinary actions (detentions, ISS, OSS, etc)

Missouri Insurance Educational Foundation Scholarship--due March 31

--Must pursue a degree in insurance, risk management, or actuarial science
--Must attend an accredited Missouri college or university

Automobile Dealers Association if Greater Kansas City--due March 31

- Must be planning to pursue a degree in the automotive field;
- Must have a GPA of 2.75 or above and include transcript with online application;
- Must have participated in community service and have worked during high school; and

2.  The next page, click on "Browse Scholarships"
3.  Where it says, "Search by CITY" - click on the drop-down, select "Archie" and hit "Search"
4.  You will be able to view ALL of the scholarships available for the students attending Archie High School; plus those for which any‚Äč student living in any city in Southwest Missouri may apply, providing you meet the eligibility.
5.  Some applications will be emailed to Mrs. Sutton; some applications students will be able to download directly from the CFO website; and still others will link to SmarterSelect, a web program that allows you to apply directly online.
6.  Deadlines - Most CFO online & downloadable scholarships are due Friday, March 18, 2016.  All other scholarships chosen by the school's selection committee need to be returmed by Friday, April 15, 2016. Be sure to double check deadlines on applications!
